Bellisa Pro Services LLC was founded in 2024 by Angela Wariso, a seasoned professional engineer (P.E.) licensed in 12 states, who has a deep passion for financial clarity in the engineering world. With a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from the university of Texas at Austin and an MBA in finance from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, Angela combined her technical expertise with a solid financial foundation to create a firm dedicated to supporting engineering firms and small businesses. Her extensive experience with Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) companies provided her with firsthand insight into the unique challenges these businesses face. Her journey reflects the values of expertise, transparency, and empowerment—ensuring that businesses not only maintain compliance but also thrive.
